The Vietnam Presidential Unit Citation is 1 3/8 inches wide and consist of the following stripes:
7/16 inch Golden Yellow; 1/8 inch Old Glory Red; 1/16 inch Golden Yellow; 1/8 inch Old Glory Red; 1/16 inch
Golden Yellow; 1/8 inch Old Glory Red; and 7/16 inch Golden Yellow. The ribbon is enclosed behind a gold color metal frame.
The Vietnam Presidential Unit Citation was awarded by the Vietnamese government to all personnel assigned to the Military
Assistance Advisory Group, Indo-China during August and September 1954. No device is worn on the ribbon.
The following are authorized components of the Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross:
a. The Vietnam Presidential Unit Citation is authorized for permanent wear only.
b. No streamer is authorized for display as a unit award.
